C2C Company to Company ADR Council Report: Triage for Conflict,
"Lets Talk" Handbook
May 2008 Report, Dave Savage Chair

These are the shareholders and the organizations
that endorsed the C2C Report in 2004.
We provide:
- A comprehensive toolkit, called the LET’S
TALK Handbook, which allows industry representatives and their
negotiators to select a process that meets the needs of all parties;
- Guidance and support for the Petroleum Joint Venture Association's
JP-05 and the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen’s
Operating Procedure; and
- Information on how to find facilitators, mediators, arbitrators,
coaches and trainers who can give you the help you need.
The C2C ADR Council began in 2002 as a Task Force of over 70 energy
industry volunteers
who were committed to:
- increase awareness of the impact of disputes;
- foster better ways to manage, control, and resolve conflict;
- and empower the negotiator.
The volunteers included landmen, engineers, accountants, lawyers,
joint venture specialists, administration, regulatory representatives
and dispute resolution professionals. Learn
